About Our Location

Our offices are located in central Manchester, easily accessible by public transport and within walking distance of major city center stations. The building features a welcoming, professional environment designed to feel comfortable rather than clinical.

For those preferring or requiring online sessions, we use secure, encrypted video platforms that ensure complete confidentiality. Many clients appreciate the flexibility to alternate between in-person and online sessions depending on their schedule and preferences.

By Train

Manchester Piccadilly station is approximately 15 minutes walk, or a short tram ride to St Peter's Square. Manchester Victoria is similarly convenient.

By Tram

The nearest Metrolink stop is St Peter's Square, about 5 minutes walk from our office. Services from all lines pass through this station.

By Bus

Numerous bus routes serve Deansgate. Check Transport for Greater Manchester for specific routes from your location.

By Car

Several car parks are located nearby, including Spinningfields and Deansgate public parking. Street parking is limited and metered.

Availability varies depending on the time of year and which practitioner you're interested in working with. We'll let you know current availability when you reach out and do our best to accommodate urgent situations.

We understand wanting to see the space first. While we can't offer open drop-ins, we're happy to arrange a brief office visit if that would help you feel more comfortable before committing to an initial session.

We provide scheduled consultation services, not crisis intervention. If you're experiencing a mental health emergency, please contact your GP, call NHS 111, or in immediate danger, contact emergency services at 999. The Samaritans (116 123) offer 24/7 emotional support.

We'll respond with some initial information, answer any questions you have, and if you'd like to proceed, help you schedule an initial consultation. There's never any pressure to commit beyond that first session.

Accessibility

Our office building has level access from the street and a lift to all floors. Accessible toilet facilities are available. If you have specific accessibility needs or questions, please mention them when you contact us so we can ensure appropriate arrangements.

For those who find traditional office environments challenging, we're experienced in providing online sessions that can offer greater comfort and flexibility.
